Policy Scope

This AML & KYC policy applies to all departments, businesses, and employees of Alphusion Technology Pte. Ltd. It covers all customers and transactions conducted by our company, except for the purchase of products via fiat currency.

Customer Identification Program (CIP)

We verify the identity of our customers by collecting and validating the following information, if customer metch this AML & KYC policy scope:

  • Date of Birth
  • Address
  • Nationality
  • Government-issued identification documents (passport, ID card, driver’s license)
  • For businesses: company name, registered address, business address, company registration certificate, and identification documents of directors and beneficial owners

Customer Due Diligence (CDD)

Risk Assessment: We assess the risk level of each customer and adjust our due diligence procedures accordingly.

  • Basic Due Diligence: For low-risk customers, we collect basic identification information and documents.
  • Enhanced Due Diligence: For high-risk customers, we require more detailed background information and proof of funds.

Ongoing Monitoring: We continuously monitor customer activities to detect and report suspicious behavior.

Updating Customer Information

We regularly review and update customer information to ensure it remains current and accurate.

Record Keeping

We retain customer and transaction records for a minimum period of five years, as required by law. This includes identification documents, transaction records, and correspondence.

External Reporting: We report suspicious activities to the relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with legal requirements.
